No, but the operational tooling and tax features assume formal registration once you cross meaningful revenue thresholds. We work with sellers at all stages and help with the transition from informal to formal as your business grows.
Which Mobile Money networks do you support?
All three Zambian networks — MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and Zamtel Kwacha — with same-day settlement to your bank account or wallet. Cross-network customer payments are routed automatically.
Can I sell to customers outside Zambia?
Yes. Cross-border selling support across SADC corridors is available — multi-currency receivables, cross-border logistics partnerships, and customs documentation automation. Many of our sellers run mixed local and regional customer mixes.
